Do you accept returns?

- All Sport Watches was created to provide athletes, fitness enthusiast, and hobbyist like ourselves with the highest quality sport watches, fitness trackers and more. We hate to hear that you're having issues with your purchase, but we'll do our best to help!  We will gladly refund or replace all non-defective items purchased from All Sport Watches. Defective items will be determined at the sole discretion of All Sport Watches.

How many days do I have to return my purchase?

- You have 21 days after receipt of delivery to return your order. Any delivered purchase after 21 days is not eligible for return.

- Unfortunately, special orders, and closeout or clearance items are not eligible for return and all sales are final. 

How do I return an order?

- Contact support@allsportwatches.com for assistance with your return.

- Prior authorization is required for any return.

- To be eligible for return, all purchases must be unopened, unmarked and in the original packaging unless defective. Opened products will not be eligible for return. Make sure to double package your purchase, include the original invoice, and attach your RA/RMA clearly to the outside of your package.

- Customers will be responsible for the charges during the return.

How long does it take for my refund to process?

- Once your refund is approved, All Sport Watches will process your refund using the original form of payment. Please allow 3 -7 days for your refund to complete.

All Sport Watches warranty?

- All Sport Watches does not offer warranties on any products.  We suggest contacting the manufacturer after you receive your purchase to find out about any standard warranty that may be included.
