When will my order be shipped?

- We try our best to ship out any order placed before 2pm EST the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.

What are your normal business hours?

- All Sport Watches is open Monday - Friday 7am to 6pm (Eastern Standard Time) and closed during all national holidays. 

How do I check the status of an order?

- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be available with our carriers.

Do you process orders on holidays?

- All orders will be processed during normal business days. Any order placed on a holiday will be processed the following normal business day.

I shipped my order to the wrong address?

If you order has already been processed, we cannot reverse the order. Make sure you double check your address. Upon the receipt of return back to us, we will provide you with a refund.
